MSI's SPATIUM M571 DLP is a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe 2.0 SSD in a bare 2.15 mm M.2 2280 module. It is rated up to 14,500 MB/s read and 11,000 MB/s write, uses a 6 nm Phison E28 controller with LPDDR4 cache, adds MSI's DLP power-loss data protection, and the 2 TB version has a 5-year or 1,400 TB limited warranty.

Specifications checked 27 Sept 2026Manufacturer specifications, not a hands-on test.
Rated up to 14,500 MB/s sequential read and 11,000 MB/s write, with up to 2.5 million random read and 2.6 million random write IOPS at 2 TB.
MSI lists 6.5 W maximum operating power, 30 mW PS3 idle and 5 mW L1.2 power.
Includes MSI's DLP power-loss data protection feature, a 2 GB LPDDR4 cache at 2 TB and a 1,400 TB warranty write limit.
The data sheet lists no hardware encryption, and MSI does not explain how DLP protects data or state the NAND cell type.
No heatsink is included, and no post-cache write speed is published.

28 specifications in 6 groups. Values are manufacturer specifications unless a row says “Measured result” or “Calculated from cited specifications”. 1 row repeats a listed fact in the manufacturer’s own wording, kept under “Manufacturer wording”.
Manufacturer-listed 2 TB capacity; formatted usable space is lower.
SourceMSI lists compatibility with PCIe Gen5, Gen4, Gen3, Gen2 and Gen1 hosts.
SourceLength × width × height of the bare module, all capacities.
SourceMSI: controller built on TSMC's 6 nm process (the feature heading misprints it as '6mm').
SourceMSI lists 3D NAND without stating the cell type
Source2 GB LPDDR4 for the 2 TB model (1 TB: 1 GB; 4 TB: 4 GB). The data sheet lists 1TB, 2TB and 4TB columns in that order; the 2TB value is the second column.
SourceThe data sheet lists a 2.15 mm-high bare module and no heatsink.

Source2 TB value (1 TB: 700; 4 TB: 2800); not a guaranteed failure point. The data sheet lists 1TB, 2TB and 4TB columns in that order; the 2TB value is the second column.
SourceTime limit, not a lifespan prediction. Coverage also ends at the TBW threshold; eligibility and full terms apply.
SourceStatistical manufacturer claim, not individual lifespan or guaranteed operating time.
SourceMSI: secures critical data during unexpected power outages and reduces the risk of data disappearing. MSI does not describe the mechanism (for example on-board capacitors), so this is not equated with enterprise hardware power-loss protection.
SourceSingle values for all capacities, measured on MSI's stated test system; not a constant everyday load.
SourceMSI does not state this for this model. · The data sheet's advanced-feature list names wear levelling, bad block management, over-provisioning, firmware upgrade, TRIM and SMART but no encryption.
SourceManufacturer requires operating-system support.
SourceManufacturer monitoring capability, not a remaining-lifespan guarantee.
SourceMSI: monitors SSD health status and key performance metrics in real time.
